Mike is a great great great Inspector. I have used quite a few inspectors but Mike stands apart for many reasons. Mike is personable, sets expectations up front, he is very detailed and tells you what he thinks from an owners point of view. He is on your team when purchasing a new home and that’s what you need. I will definitely use him again and I make sure to request him.

I think Manny was great. Buying our first house I didn't know what to expect. He gave us a full tour of the house and explained everything really well. He was professional and easy to understand. I felt much better about buying our house after the inspection.
