James is our all time favorite inspector. He is so professional and knowledgeable. He lets our clients know what he finds but keeps them calm at the same time. We recommend him to ALL of our clients. When I bought my home he inspected it. It says a lot about who we would use for our own home.

I thought Manny was very thorough. He explained everything to my client in a professional and concise manner. This home s in pretty bad shape but Manny kept things from being too overwhelming which I appreciated. He’s knowledgeable on pest and home which made it nice when my client had questions.
