Good thorough inspection. What stood out the most is the kindness and patience with my first-time Buyer and with my first time using the service and deciphering the report. The service Agent was extremely kind and maintained an approachable patient attitude.
Both Bobby (WDO) and James (home) provided excellent service. I was present with my buyer throughout the inspection (trying to stay out of their way). They pointed things out and explained as they went. They both spent time with my client and me to thoroughly answer questions and offer expertise after the inspections. My client and I walked away feeling like we both had a complete understanding of the condition of the home (a total fixer), and that we had a resource beyond the inspection. Reports back fast, friendly staff
I like the one stop shopping for multiple types of inspections available. Especially today with COVID-19 and Social Distancing, they have an inspector that can do not just Home Inspections but Sewer and Pool and Roof. I had James Lozano and he was very personable and when discussing his findings, he made suggestions and recommendations that was very helpful to my clients.
I will be using North American again.
