I was the selling agent and referred to Mike by the listing agent. I had no difficulty scheduling the inspection at all. Mike was very kind in person when I met him briefly at the inspection site. When I received the inspection report, I was deeply impressed. The scope of his work and his comments and recommendations were amazingly well explained in details with photos. The report was well organized with category tabs and web-based links for references. The inspection was done for a small triplex and the report ran 69 pages. It proves how thoroughly and professionally the inspection was performed. I give Mike two thumbs up! I definitely keep using his service for my future business. As far as a client is concerned: I am as good as the inspector doing the inspection and Don Ramesbottom and Roman Mankovskiy make me look like a genius. I recommend them and North American Home Services for the clients Home and Termite inspections if the client asks me whom I believe does a great job and if they do not have their own experts. Both are extremely experienced and thorough, very personable, encouraging to the client as they go over the inspections, very knowledgeable which is very comforting to a anxious client who has never dealt with information such as a home or pest inspection and both are very patient as they answer questions of the client. Both are very professional and true gentleman which, again, can reflect upon the person who recommends them and their service.

First, I love the format of the reports where you can click the top tab and it directs you to whatever section you need. I love that the company does both home and pest inspections And the inspectors are very knowledgeable.

I absolutely love Manny and his thoroughness! He’s been amazing since he was a pest inspector.

I am disappointed with North American as a company lately. I asked for Don to do the roof inspection and was not told that you were now using an outside company. Then I received a roof inspection and pest inspection that had overlapping repairs. You guys need to come up with a system to correct that, so that clients are able to know the “true” costs. Maybe that would be a combined report if a buyer wants to do both set of repairs.

Manny is helpful and very thorough. I will use your company again, only because of him.
