The seller had requested home, pest, and roof inspections through North American, so I was not present and cannot speak to those. My buyer however did request a sewer/drain line inspection based on recommendations from the report and we went with North American. The tech was courteous and prompt.
I would say overall I was please with the service from scheduling to the inspection. However, I found the home inspections to be less detailed than I am used to with a specific company I regularly use and had to call the person who conducted the home inspection to get better clarity. of the report.
Alfredo is my go to home inspector. Carries himself with a high level of professionalism and has wealth of experience. Also, always goes above and beyond to educate clients on home inspection related issues. Will continue to use him for home inspections in the future.
