Their response to a serious basement flooding situation was rapid and thorough. I was out of town when the incident occurred, and the team was great at putting my wife's mind at ease while addressing the damage in our basement. They also worked directly with our insurance company to ensure that all damage was accurately reported.
I highly recommend them for the service and professionalism!

The staff was very personable, met me at my home and verbally explained to me step by step the process. They also assisted with the insurance adjuster to make payment a smooth process. I was kept informed when the shingles were on back order. I was notified when the project was set to start and the expectations to have my car in the street and a dumpster would be delivered. The installation crew literally removed the old roof one day and installed the new one the next. They were fast efficient and the work area was kept clean. At the end of the job all debris was removed and the roof was completed to my satisfaction. I was contacted by William to make sure that everything was complete and satisfactory. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

We had a fire in our home and Service Master by Martin was there every step of the way. From the initial shock to completion we always felt like we had an a person we could trust. Not only were they an advocate when dealing with our insurance company they were a shoulder to "cry on" when when we needed it. They made this difficult process much easier.

Some of the things I appreciated about the service from ServiceMaster by Martin were: every person who was part of my multi faceted job was courteous, respectful, neatly dressed (in uniform of sorts), they were well trained, if a problem arose we were informed of the situation and discussed ways to fix/resolve the issue. Each member of the ServiceMaster team was careful to keep any mess to a minimum and cleaned the area as they were finished. I am so grateful that I received the referral to call ServiceMaster by Martin. They were prompt in returning my call and tending to my situation. The work is beautifully done. I wish I could post photos! Thanks to everyone from ServiceMaster by Martin who was part of my project. You guys rock!!!

When our house was hit by a car, our world was turned upside down. William Martin and the rest of his team at ServiceMaster was there for us right away and comforted us and took the reigns in helping get the entire house packed up and stored away.
It took 8 months to fix our house, and during that time William and his staff were there for us when we had any questions and when we needed to get to some of our belongings that were packed away. When it came time to move back in, they were here again, on time, with all of our things and made moving back in so much smoother than we imagined! We really can't thank them enough!

The quick response and availability in scheduling appointments is wonderful. ServiceMaster was able to get spaghetti emesis out of tan carpet without any trouble at all!!! The gentleman who did my carpet was quick, efficient and knowledgable. I will definitely be using this company again. I am highly impressed and will recommend them to all my friends!!
