What do you like about our workout?

If you're a task driven and goal oriented person, then you will love what Orangetheory has to offer! The trainers give you one task at a time and it's up to you to do your best. I love glancing up at the tracker board to see how I am doing with my goals for the overall class. The trainers are always motivating and organized. Instructions are clear and modifications are demonstrated. The music is upbeat and energizing. It's one of the best 60-minutes of my day!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that the competition is for everyone to meet and exceed their own heart rate level not to try to be as strong or as fast as the person next to you. I also love the fast pace.upbeat trainers and music so time flies. I love that I can work out 2 days a week and keep the same results I have working out 4 or 5 days in only an aerobic room or jogging.

I like that everyday is different. I believe in the HIIT theory and the importance of incorporating weight training into a fitness regimen.

I love the versatility of the workout. The trainers push me further than I would/could ever push myself! I just celebrated 1 year with OTF and I've lost 17 lbs! I can't say enough good things about it!

How I can get an effective, full body workout in just an hour. I still have yet to not be sore from a class :)

What do you like about our workout?

I like the intensity and the motivation to keep pushing. I find that it keeps me moving and engaged and I don't even look at the clock until about minute 45 when I'm on the treadmill.

It pushes me every single class. I always leave feeling accomplished. It's fast-paced so there's no time for boredom.

What do you like about our workout?

Excellent coaches, who individually guide you when necessary, have great energy and don't feel like they are reading off a script. Music is upbeat and a good mix. Small feedback: other OTF studios have the water fountain for bottles and it saves time and a mess trying to refill.
