I love the C2 classes, and I also like the option of being able to take an occassional sculpt class to incorporate weights. I feel like the staff are all very nice. I like the energy of the large classes.

The instructors are phenomenal. I attend sculpt yoga at least 4 x a week and they vary the routines up enough to keep it interesting. I mostly go to Emily, Leah, Briann, Grace and Summer’s classes. All of them are friendly, knowledgeable and truly care about us as people. The Core Yoga experience has changed my life for the better. I love it!!
Super fun and challenging classes, just get there early or paring will be a miss !

The instructor was kind, clear, and straight to the point in what they expected of us.

Meg D is the best, let her teach all your classes. She knows her cues and gives good feedback. Count downs on point and programs exercises with a purpose.
The instructors are super kind and extremely motivating. The atmosphere in the studio is friendly and inspiring. I always leave feeling stronger and refreshed!

The community is so friendly and the facilities stay super clean! I love that they offer a variety of workouts as well! It is so much better than going to the gym and I feel genuinely motivated to workout everyday!

I signed up for my free week around the end of January. My first class was core restore so a light introduction. The next class was a hot power fusion class. That particular class with always reign the best class from the free week. It was empowering and energizing. I went all seven days of the free week pass. It can be intimidating for anyone to try new studios but at the end of the way everyone starts somewhere! Truly such an empowering and energizing experience. I would and have recommend core power or hot yoga in general to everyone.
