The yoga was a challenge for me, as someone recently getting back into yoga practice, and for temperature the studio wasn’t too hot to bare. The instructor’s guidance was well received and she provided me with some advice on my practice afterward. The parking is also very easy to maneuver at this location, although technically not the closest studio to my house. Overall I really enjoyed the session, and left feeling like I’d achieved my fitness objective for the day.

Only fact I don't like is - the rooms are very heated during practise and it can become little suffocating during practise.

I love the instructors most of all. The facility (Monarch, Austin TX) is great. I really enjoy the lessons, I do CS2 and Yoga Sculpt.
Great instructors who change up the work out sessions often so never know what to expect which is great! Clean and respectful. However, for the most part....I do think they should limit the number of yogis in a room as it feels like sometimes people are way too close to me and with the new Omicron variant, I just worry; I always wear a mask while working out and feel that the mask mandate should come back with all the new cases of people vaccinated with the booster getting sick. I love the ease of the distance from my home to the studio. I love that I am probably the oldest/longest yogi since they opened. I love the friendships I have made with instructors and some of the students. I am probably old enough to be most member's mother and it makes me feel good that I can keep up with them at the age of 61.5!

Very knowledgeable, professional, caring teacher. Liked the good amount of heat .... hot enough for a good cleansing workout! Nice clean, stylish workout space. Well-appointed .... with even toiletries for patrons use.
I thought the studio space and the changing areas were really nice and very clean. I thought the studio overall was nice and the staff and instructor were super friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend the studio to anyone in the area
