The facility and teachers
The instructors are very inviting and accommodating. Locations are clean. Many locations near by allows for much flexibility in booking classes. I took my free class Monday, signed up for a membership immediately after and I’m not looking back!

Instructors know me by name. Friendly but serious instructors that know what they’re doing. I’ve lost 5 pounds in 5 months and feel the best that I’ve felt. Clean facilities, esp for hot yoga.
