Michelle led a great class. I will definitely seek out her class again and recommend. I liked her variation to this C2 class. The only suggestion I have is to make sure to allow for additional time after class for those that want to shower. I showered and had to dry my hair since it was -10 degrees outside. She was very polite and told us she only allows for 15 minutes after class to close so I felt rushed.
Excellent instructors and environment
Medford was my home studio pre covid. The only time I can go there now is on Sundays.
I WISH they offered a morning C2 that wasn't before the sun comes up. Makes me sad.
