I like that I am able to focus on strength, balance, and health and not be blasted with messages about my body needing to be changed. I am trying to find ways to work with my body and finding its limits and capabilities, instead of being at war with it for not fitting a certain mold, and I appreciate being in classes where this is a given.
Bethesda studio is awesome. Jake the manager is terrific!
It is great!! as a Military member and a former football players I have got to say this is very difficult but extremely rewarding. The instructors are great.
The instructor was incredible and this facility is always so clean and friendly. Not all Core Power studios are as wonderful at this one. I highly recommend checking it out to all yogis I know.

Jaide is an excellent instructor. She made me feel welcome and took time to help me with specific yoga poses. I’m new to yoga. I wish I had started this form of exercise long ago .
