I signed up for a 75 min yoga nidra class with the instructor, Brian.
From the moment I entered the building, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The facilities were clean etc.
The class was INCREDIBLE. I felt renewed, both physically and mentally, upon leaving. Two days later, and I’m still feeling lighter and better.
I loved it. Brian took us on a journey that felt equal parts expansive and deep. My body felt better from the stretching and twisting, my mind felt cleared and open.
It was wonderful. Highly recommend.

It’s very clean and inviting. The atmosphere and guidance from the instructor (Brian, in this case) was clear, peaceful and gentle. I enjoyed it thoroughly.
I thought the instruction did a great job I wish my mom could of waited in the lobby but with the smash and grabs in the Neiborhood I understand why she wasn’t able to even thou she was a senior citizen. She walked outside in the rain.

These are some of the best workouts I’ve ever done! The instructors are high energy and fun, and the classes fly by.
There are so many reasons why I love CorePower, but here are my top reasons:
1. Love the variety of classes from Hot Yoga to more cardio intensive Yoga Sculpt classes.
2. Plenty of studio class options from early morning to evening - there is never a lack of classes to book, even at the last minute.
3. Variety of teachers and teacher styles to choose from. Some days I want a more intense workout while other days, a little more relaxing. Trying a variety of teachers for same type of class gives me the option to choose a teacher style that aligns with what I need on any particular day.
4. I go to the studio in Deerfield, IL and the studios are always very clean and conducive to a great experience. The teachers and Yogis are all very friendly and I love the atmosphere.
5. I locked in a terrific all access membership fee, so I feel very lucky that I am getting so much for a very reasonable rate.
6. I love the On Demand and Virtual class options for when I'm traveling, or just want to practice at home. The volume and variety of On Demand videos are exceptional, and although I've only taken one virtual class, there are even more class options than studio classes.
I have never been so excited about going to work out, and love, love, love Yoga!

I thought the class was really challenging but fun & the instructor explained every move well in explaining as well as demonstrating throughout.
And so much fun!!
Should have 17.5 lb weights as too hard going from 15 to 20.
The classes are great, challenging and effective. Most of the instructors are top notch.
