Awesome instructors, frequent class times to fit a busy schedule, easy parking, friendly and clean facilities. Meg and Melinda are so wonderful. All the instructors have an obvious passion for yoga for its physical and mental benefits and seem very experienced.

I like the teachers, studio, and the amount of classes

I like and am happy with most of your instructors, except for a few. Ali N speaks very quickly and comes across a bit forceful as she repeatedly tells everyone to breathe in at the same time 3x in a row. It would be nice if she could be a bit more relaxed. She has also offered to make adjustments before class and then never done so while in class. Her speaking style is very short, curt and like a cardio class instructor. Not my favorite. Molly is a bit intense as well, and does not have the warm loving touch I would hope for in a yoga instructor. Tony is warm and supportive and helps me to actually feel like I was in a yoga class with both movement and spirituality, not just an exercise class. Nicholas is great - I wish he were still teaching HPF! Shahada is excellent and soulful. Callie is also amazing and supportive and is heartfelt in her teaching. The rooms and facility are all usually clean, which is appreciated. It is unfortunate that the doors are actually locked exactly on the hour and that you do not have a 5 minute grace period for entering class. I have arrived at class on the hour ready to sprint in and been locked out. The teachers are always available and happy to talk after class. Overall, I enjoy my experience at CPF.

Love how zen the vibe is and the effortless of getting there, laying on the mat, working my azz off, taking a shower and going home.

great staff! the instructor was awesome, huge room, but was actually super hot in the room. I love when it's warm for sculpt but not too hot or I can't maintain the same stamina with weights/exercises. overall amazing experience!

I love how friendly the staff ALWAYS is, very patient and motivating but not pushy in any way. The studios are always so clean including the locker rooms! I just wish there were more classes on the weekends that were later in the evening.

Everything! I have been a core power lover ever since 2010.

I love this studio very much! As much as I will continue recommending this studio I would love the teachers to make sure the temperature is consistent in all of the classes especially the Hot Power Fusion classes. Sometimes they are not hot at all (Studio City) I'm exhausted so forgive the quick review. There are so many wonderful teachers at this particular studio such as Nick W, Nicholas, Ali, I miss Jake W. here! I am truly loving all of the teachers at this studio! Sometimes the music is a little blahhh but whatta ya gonna do ;) Mostly I would like the heat to actually be on for the HPF classes.
