I LOVE Corepower! It is the first exercise class that has held my interest for longer than a couple months simply because the instructors are motivating and know what they're doing, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and all the classes challenge me to push myself in some way mentally and physically. And of course, every level and type of class are a great work out! I would 10/10 recommend Corepower!
I enjoy dropping by and doing yoga classes with my friends. I really enjoy the locker rooms having a shower for after yoga.
