This is regarding the Schedule Change at CorePower Yoga Tustin Studio: Effective October, HPF will be reduced to one class per day (11 AM on Monday thru Friday. 1 PM on Saturday and Sunday).

Most of us are at work during the day. How many people can really skip their work or home routine for the 11 AM class during the week? For Saturday and Sunday, for most of us who have family....we either get up early for yoga or start later in the late afternoon. How many of us can skip our family activities right in a middle of the day for yoga?

In addition, most people within my age group (45+) find HPF flows and pace are the effective exercise for balancing our hormones, deep stretching, and mind calming. C2 and Sculpt pace and poses are not friendly to our body. They have some negative impacts to our joints, especially shoulders. This is why we are in more favor of HPF.

To me, the new schedule change is intended to attract the younger yogis. The decision makers did not have the middle-age people like me in mind when they redesigned the schedule.

We shared our frustration with the studio manager, Meghan K in person. She bluntly told us that there's nothing that she can do. I would like to speak to someone from the corporate to gain some understanding of why such change was made without our input. How could the decision makers overlooking the impact to lifetime customers like me and many other HPF hardcore yogis? What is the intent of this change? Are you trying to eliminate customers like me from this studio? Why would you implemented a schedule that is NOT doable for me?

I'm a black tag member since 2013. Most likely, I will be your lifetime loyal client. I promote HPF and have shared my positive experience with everybody I know over the past several years. I find it upsetting that this schedule change is basically eliminating me from this studio, which I considered as my home studio. Meghan said that there are other studios that might still have the current HPF schedule. It is a wrong thing to say to her clients.

The Smiles. Strong teachers who consistently "show up" for class, despite whatever other life challenges. Honestly, there is so much I like, and very little I would change.

I like how friendly everyone is. I also like that I don't have to arrive 25 minutes prior to a class and wait in line like I do at other gyms. At Core Power I feel like everyone is truly there to better themselves and are not judgmental.

I love Core power. Just started the Yoga Sculpt and it is my new favorite class.

I like your versatile schedule and your helpful, friendly instructors. I also like that the classes are physically well guided and most of the spiritual aspect of yoga is left to the individual.

I love the positive energy in the studio! It's a very busy studio, the only complaint I have is that the showers aren't as clean as other studios. There is always lots of hair in the drain! The showers need to be cleaned more often.

I really like how the teachers solely care about the yoga and this isn't just a job to them. To them it's a lifestyle and that reflects the quality of the yoga.

My only suggestion would be to switch out some 8:30am classes so that they are not always HPF - esp when it is so hot. It would be nice to have a C2 choice in alternative days. 7am classes are too hard to get to if you have kids. Making some 7am HPF and some 8:30 C2 would be good.

Class availability and instructors are great!!!

#1 is the offering of late classes, especially 9pm Sculpt. Please add later classes to Sat and especially Sun!

#2 instructors Jonathan, Samantha Co., Rochelle, Dwinnie who excel as instructors for excellent workout sets (not merely repeat sets) and contagious friendly attitudes.

Lots of parking and things to do before/after class. Class was great--nothing short of what I expect from CorePower. Was visiting this location when visiting my sister in Tustin. Only downside was the water fountain doesn't have a water bottle filler... #firstworldproblems amirite?

I like the classes and teachers.

I love the atmosphere and variety of classes offered at corepower. I feel I can get a varied workout throughout the week and work on my strength, stamina, flexibility, etc. I have recommended so many friends and will continue to do so! I love corepower!

I like how there are classes practically every hour. It is so convenient, the facility is clean, and the staff/teachers are awesome!

The 1.5 class that I took on Thursday august 10th at 5pm was the best yoga class I've ever taken!

The great teachers and the wide range of times for classes. But what happened to the toilet seat covers? Can you put those in the restroom stalls? Doesn't feel sanitary without them.
