The teachers are CorePower Torrance are just the best! Shoutout to Alison and Sofia! They are so encouraging about your progress and helpful when you are struggling with a pose. C1 and now C2 are my favorites, and going to class is so rejuvenating so I always walk out feeling renewed and ready for the rest of my day or week.The studio itself is beautiful as well; they have showers and lockers, plenty of parking, everything you need.
I've taken two classes from the free 7 week trial and so far both classes have been amazing. Will definitely be making core power a part of our regular routine. ⚡️🙏

The people are friendly, you can always count on Laura to know your name and greet you with a welcoming smile. Love classes with Sofia, she is methodical in her instruction. As a new yogi, Alison was the best instructor, gives clear and concise guidance on how to move the body, . Yenly’s classes are very inspirational and uplifting! You can count on Rachel (& Laura) to kick your a** into shape. And Roxy’s vibe is the absolute best 🙌🏽 I love CorePower Yoga!

I love corepower and am glad the Torrance location is close by and and available. As someone who is still new to CPY, it's nice to be able to do a less intense variation when needed and I am happy my instructor provided our class with variations of poses for our CY2 class.
the classes are good and as challenging as I want to make them. I am recovering from a knee injury and the instructors give me directions on how i can modify poses to accommodate my healing.
Great experience
The instructor was clear with directions. She explained each move and was attentive to each students level. She helped with adjustments to truly engage the proper muscle group. She gave different position options for different levels. I really enjoyed the class!

I absolutely LOVE Sophia she’s great for beginners but also knows how to push you. I had a very bad experience at Hot8yoga. So I was a little apprehensive to try another place. But Sophia made the difference from the moment I walked in.
Elana was absolutely amazing! Such great energy and amazing playlist. The studio manager was so warm and welcoming too! Great community
