Love how there is a class almost every hour.... So it's flexible with my daily schedule... If I miss a 7AM class, I know there will most likely be an 8AM class. Also like there is a variety of classes to take... From regular yoga to sculpt to circuit training.

It's such a therapeutic experience! I feel like it's a perfect compliment to all of the really intense circuit training and spinning that I do.

I love the hot power yoga. At the time I didn't think it was hard and I work out regularly but I was really sore the next day.

I LIKE THE IDEA AND THE ENVIRONMENT. I ALSO LIKE THAT I DON'T HAVE TO MAKE A YEAR LONG COMMITMENT...OR ANY COMMITMENT FOR THAT MATTER! THE PEOPLE ARE NICE AND ITS A PEACEFUL AND SUPPORTIVE FEEL. REALLY FEELS LIKE A COMMUNITY. I TALK IT UP TO EVERYONE, BUT I DO NOT WANT IT TO GET TOO CROWDED.

I really enjoy some of the teachers, especially Stevie, Sarah West, and Caitlin. Love Hot Power Fusion. Sad you took out the 7:30 classes

Classes, teachers, cleanliness

I like the core power model which assures well trained competent teachers. You know what you are getting. I think the heat system is not as good at encino as Sherman Oaks where I also go. It is jarring. Gets very hot, then cold and clammy, drafty under doors etc. parking is great. I feel that the 1.5 and 2 classes are a little bit less good at this studio. Not enough flow. Teachers seem less experienced. So again like the heat, either too slow and easy with too much talking or they jump straight to complex poses without enough preparation. Also others yogis have told me about stealing in this studio.... Thanks for the chance to complain, but basically I love the studio. Just thought these were good things for you to know

Your studios and teachers welcome all levels with open arms and excitement to share their yoga practice. The environment is safe and rewarding, as I'm able to center myself but also feed off the energy of others.

What a fantastic stress reliever! The classes are blasting with postive energy from the instructors, the poses, and the cp community. The studio is clean, the rooms are decent in size, and the schedule fits all schedules from working professional to full time student.
