It was by far the most intense, draining, and awesome workout I had in over 3 years (since pre COVID). The instructor Emelie R (Yoga Sculpt) was amazing kept the energy going and helped me really push and find that extra gear to finish. Overall great experience and positive vibes!

I felt very welcomed and the space was top notch club experience with beautiful locker room and workout space. The CoreRestore was the first time I have done that type of yoga and I felt very grounded and zen from the candlelight and guided imagery involved. It was a beautiful way to wind down my mind.
The teachers at the Queen Anne location are extraordinary: every teacher I've had was thoughtful and thorough, while still maintaining a steady tempo and encouraging growth

It would be great to have some weekend day classes at 6:30 or 7. The 6 and 6:15 are weirdly close and then nothing till 7:30!
