I love the range of class levels, so that anyone who is interested in yoga can participate. Even better, all the classes are challenging in their own way, so if I take a beginner friend to C1, I know I'll still et a great workout. Staff are very approachable and not intimidating.

Good workout
There's number and flexibility of classes work with even the busiest schedules. The facilities are always clean and the staff very personable. The locker rooms are the best of any yoga studio I've been to in Seattle, with multiple showers, beauty products, and lots of space. The classes are great for any level of yoga and there's no pressure to push yourself beyond your limits, rather to do the best with the practice you have that day.
