Convenient, great classes!

The amount of classes offered per day, fitting pretty much anyone's possible life/work schedule, is brilliant. The pace of the classes is spot on, and the instructors are fun and engaging. More advanced classes would be fun - maybe a few nights a week offer a 2/3 or 3 level class to promote further growth and more intensive practice.
But really - best place in Seattle. Hard to find much of anything wrong with CP! Fun, friendly, welcoming, sweaty, all of the above.

The space is wonderful! Despite being on a busy corner in Ballard, you feel like you're in a quiet sanctuary within CorePower Yoga. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming to me and I appreciated that as a new member. I appreciate the free parking--something that is hard to come by in Seattle. I look forward to trying more classes and I will definitely be back.

Excellent classes that make you sweat and also increase strength and flexibility. All the instructors are very knowledgable and help guide the students through a successful practice that suits each person.

I come to several classes so have been lead by several different instructors. I find all of them to be experienced, prepared, and have a consistent philosophy of support.

I haven't been to yoga in over six months but yet I feel right at home at CPY in Ballard. The ambiance is always welcoming and encouraging, and I can always count on a great C2 class, no matter who the instructor. However, for the record, Dominique was awesome. :)

A much more active take on yoga, which is nice to switch up from traditional yoga. It was exhausting and exhilarating and the teacher was great.
