The classes and the music!

Everyone was so nice and helpful, I was brand new to yoga and the studio when I came in last weekend and felt comfortable and taken care of. I am buying a membership this week when my free week is up. I LOVE how you can try it free and get a sense of the classes and type of instruction before committing, such an amazing way to bring new people in, I will be bringing some friends with me thanks to this great way to try something new. Excited to be part of this!

The Core Power method of teaching allows for all levels of students to safely expand their practice. The studio is hot enough to sweat and stretch but no so hot that students are dehydrated too quickly to enjoy their practice. Your staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Clean studio, professional instructors, and like to take the hot fusion and power yoga classes. The studio has good energy.

Love the Bellevue studio! Always clean and welcoming atmosphere. Any stress that I have held on to prior to opening the door simply melts away. Love the little retail area to shop before and after class. Yoga teachers/instructors can really make or break a practice and I have found every one of them open and willing to help. Seems like for some reason it is hard to keep steady staff but even that being said Megan seems to run the studio in such a way that she keeps up the high standards of the staff and instruction.

My only frustration is I can only take the weekend classes due to schedule conflict of my job and where I live and wish there was a Core Power in Redmond/Kirkland/Woodinville area which would make it easier for me to practice more.

You have classes at all times of the morning, day, and night that make it convenient for people with irregular schedules to find a class to take. I wish you had more evening classes (e.g., Thursday and Friday nights), especially since you just cancelled two Thursday night classes.

Your teachers are great. Your customer service is great. People seem genuinely friendly and eager to interact with students without overselling or coming across as a cookie-cutter yoga factory (even though CPY is).

Your facilities are clean, bright, and welcoming.

I've become addicted to how good I feel from taking classes at CPY Bellevue! It's ultimately about the fitness experience, and how your body feels throughout the day/week due to yoga and sculpt. I have great stamina, flexibility, strength and cardio for other things such a tough hikes, skiing, tennis, running. I feel great, sleep well and don't get sick. Doing routine household things like bending, lifting or reaching don't hurt. I'm turning 55 next month and I swear 10 years ago I did not feel this good - my body hurt, especially in the hips. Beyond body health, the instructors are so positive, they are inspiring, the vibe in the studio is welcoming and not snobby, the studio itself is super nice, clean, love the locker room with it's good amenities. What's not to get addicted to! The schedule works for me - or I have figured out how to make it work! I can only imagine if there was a 2nd Studio room, like Ward in Honolulu, what they might be able to offer. Special call outs to teachers I have thoroughly enjoyed and keep wanting to come back to, who always warmly welcome us - Rese, Megan Bo, Annie, Bailey, Krista, Tori, Joey. Audrey, Megan S. The class was small in comparative to my old studio . No need to get there 30 minutes early to place your mat

The teachers are well versed in their yoga practice and impart invaluable insight into developing a deeper relationship with yoga on all levels.

Studio is clean and cozy and I always feel very welcomed :) the heat and humidity are just right and don't make me feel like I have to leave the class early ever, but I am always perfectly challenged. Love my HPF and Sculpt teachers especially!!!!
