Some teachers are very good. Space is good, generally clean and convenient.
Variability in types of classes and the options to go deep or go easy on each of the poses. Classes are fun and engaging. Atmosphere is welcoming.
right balance of zen and exercise
I love CP so much! I wish the studio was bigger in Bellevue so that there were more class options at more times! I will never leave CP and the studio is in such a great location! Awesome to have a CP on the East Side. Namaste!!!

I like the high quality instruction, clean changing room and the schedule.
However, I recommend that the music tapes DO NOT contain lyrics and have lower volume so that the instructor can be heard and understood.
The lyrics are very distracting and inconsistent with the yoga ambience.
The cleanliness, the instructors and classes are great, and I love the orange spray on the towels that you want over our heads at the end of class when we are laying down.
