Your teachers are fantastic. The heat is mellow, the movement is quick and sustained. It's a physical and mental brand of practice (not just mental, as some other local studios are), and I love that.

So many things...
1) EASY parking (no driving around the block 10 times and then struggling to parallel; 2) One hour classes that I can fit into my day; 3) level 1/1.5 classes are just the right pace to ease back into it without embarrassment; 4) love the heat 5) staff is kind, encouraging and not at all snooty; 6) love the music selection; 7) studio decor is awesome and everything is spotless.
CPY has been an incredible addition to my fitness routine. I've increased strength and flexibility with better balance and cardio benefits too.

The consistency between different teachers. Everyone's reaching style is similar enough and there are specific standards for each type of class. Also the fun atmosphere and high energy.

The way that every class incorporates the yoga focus and body awareness, but the variety of classes works different muscles and keeps it interesting!

The teachers are helpful, considerate, and personable. The class intensity is consistent but varies enough to make it interesting and new every time. The classes challenge everyone and the teacher tailors the class depending on the students' performance. I plan to stay at corepower as long as possible and would, and have, recommend it to all my friends.
Clean bathrooms, pretty clean studio (could have been mopped down and aired out between classes), and fantastic staff.
Workouts are intense without it being too overbearing, doesn't push you to do something you can't do.
