The location and instructors are amazing. Great for people like myself who are fairly new to yoga by offering assistance and positive environment for learning.
The retail is fashionable, young and diverse. The aesthetic of the store front is organized and fresh. The classes offer something special compared to other yoga classes I've taken. The teachers make everything so approachable and I really feel the burn in my muscles.

I LOVE the yoga sculpt classes. They are a perfect combination of type A and Zen. The teachers have all been great.
I also love that the locker room has 5 showers!
I've stopped into two Core Power studios, the one in Ballard and the one in the U-District. Both facilities are beautiful, clean, and convenient with lots to offer from towel/mat/ lock rentals to showers. There are lots of promotionals and special classes that aren't just for new comers, which encourages me to return! The attendants and instructors are kind and helpful. The sessions are truly a workout! I appreciated the modifications that were always encouraged during each session and the consistent feedback from the instructor was useful and non-invasive. The sessions do seem to be more energized than yoga I've experienced in the past as the music is more beat driven and the instructors are faster paced. But, that's not a negative in my book as I still feel like I'm getting a solid and enjoyable workout. I am looking forward to trying out other classes since Core Power also seems to offer lots of variety!

I'm obsessed with Corepower Yoga. Seriously it's all I talk about when I get home after taking a class. I love the sculpt class and feel super strong after taking it but also love the general yoga classes just as much when I need something more low key. I also appreciate all the various styles the different teachers bring the table. My favs are Megan and Matt D. Love them!!
