There’s plenty of parking at this location so I prefer to go here vs north park or little Italy
1st time for a Sculpt Yoga. I am visiting San Diego, and will look into your on-demand classes to continue CorePower Yoga.
Multiple class times offered throughout the day is a major plus for the mission valley location. Other than being close to work, that’s why I choose this spot as my home base for yoga during my wellness hour.

I just renewed my monthly membership after paying per class for a year. I have knee issues to wasn't able to attend consistently.
Besides the fact that hot yoga is one of the best and worst experiences in the world at the same time, staff at this location are always helpful and friendly. Every teacher I've taken classes from has been really good. I also enjoy the music playlist (I need song names please) and how the teachers switch to a faster song when the core section starts. Very motivating to power through that nonsense.
Specifically, I'd like to call out Shaney. Her voice is powerful and soothing at the same time, and I like how encouraging she is by complimenting us throughout the class. She makes it feel like a welcoming and safe enlivenment - love that!
Overall, I enjoy being a member of CorePower and I have no complaints about this location! It's always been a great experience.
Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Friends with my fellow yogis and friends with my teacher, the energy is always so loving
Andi's class was so good! Playlist was great, the flow was creative and unique, and her language/voice/tone was perfect. Great way to start my weekend!

You can pick up a class anywhere in town. And all the teachers are great! I’ve been a member since the beginning in Point Loma, about 15 years! When you’re at your regular studio, it feels like HOME. It’s a great community…to grow in the practice of yoga and empowers your mind, body and spirit! I love it!
i love cpy! i wish it was a bit more hands on though so i can get deeper into my practice in the correct form

What an unbelievable and amazing class with Mirna! Not only was I being physically tested (which is always my main goal in my Yoga Practice), mentally, I really needed to hear about my Throat Chakra that evening and loved learning about it during my practice! Mirna made me feel strong again! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Everything Happens for a Reason!
Mission Valley is easy to get to, parking is convenient and the instructors are really good. There is a shower in the men’s stall that is broken and can cause some hold up after the class but no big deal. The men’s locker room is spacious and clean.
I love getting to go have a great workout with amazing teachers, specifically Arriane and Brittany. I always feel better when leaving the studio!

Andy is sweet and teaches at a few studios I frequent here in San Diego. Kuiana’s hot power fusion class is wonderful. Both are great instructors!! ☺️🧘🏼♀️
I love the variety of exercises that Ashley E incorporates into the classes she teaches, the options for class times that Core Power makes available and the facility is always clean. Overall it’s a reliable, dependable experience and the Yoga Sculpt class has everything I personally need from a workout.
