Excellent classes and instructors
The instructors and the routine for core 1 are great! The one concern I have is the heat for level 1. It still feels too warm and I have been on the point of fainting a couple of times, which is why I don't go regularly to CorePower. When I do go, I try to not push myself, but I also don't want to be in child's pose for a whole hour. This past Sunday, instructor Hector, who is terrific, actually did a great job of keeping the room slightly warm but not too warm. I'm going to miss him while he's on vacation.
As I said, I love the pacing and the selection of the poses, but to be honest with you, I'm thinking of looking for another yoga studio that might offer the same sequence of poses but without the too warm room for level 1. The heat is the number one reason why I can't really recommend this to friends or, when I do, I make it clear that the room is pretty warm and you will be sweating quite a bit.

I am so grateful to the La Jolla CorePower Yoga studio. I've been to over 50 classes and recently joined as a member because literally every instructor at any date or time has been balanced, generous, kindhearted and incredibly creative in the conduct of the class. I have been able to work through physical and emotional issues on the mat with the consistent guidance through a meditative and really challenging practice.
The room wasn't quite hot enough for HPF, but the instructor was awesome, the room a great size, and the clothes and sales really great! My favorite location so far.

The wonderful teaching staff!
I love taking class from Sean Yosh! He changes up his C2's and always has a challenging, yet inspired class to give. He offers tons of adjustments too. His spirit is infectious.
The instructors are very good. Offer hands on adjustments and pay attention to everyones posture, teaching you the best of yoga and offering good alternatives for areas that are stiff and painful.
The staff is very friendly and spam is very engaging and knowledgeable.
Consistency and availability
Your instructors are friendly and will give anyone the confidence to strive with learning breathing, posing and really connecting to the full hour. By far my favorite location!!
Friendly instructors and great classes!
The temperature for the Yoga Sculpt class I did was a bit lower than I'm used to at other Corepower Facilities. However, the staff were very friendly and approachable and I enjoyed my time there.
nice location. I was worried about adequate parking but it was ok. Its nice to know you can go to alternative state core locations and get the same yoga experience.
The temperature and humidity in the studio is great. It doesn't make me uncomfortable.
The education and the talented teachers are very mindful of you and your practice. They want you to be your best and they are there to help you do it!

The core-restore class was one of the best yin classes I have attended.
I love the hot yoga class because you get to burn a lot of calories. The teacher was very thorough in explaining the poses to the class. I especially like that she gives you the option to have her correct the poses if you are doing them wrong.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. My total experience was great and I plan on using this studio more often!! Thank you!
Classes are intimate and cater to your personal fitness levels
As a beginner yogi, I joined CorePower a few weeks ago. I have take a few classes from Nikki, and she is fantastic. Her cues are easy to understand, she explains the benefits of certain poses and stretches, and she really seems to want to help people learn how to better their yoga practice. I'd highly recommend CorePower.
The peaceful environment and the great instructors. I always enter the door all overwhelmed and leave relaxed and hopeful. The only suggestions I have is to add more classes later in the evening on Mondays and Wednesday.

The facilities are super clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful for a first time student. The class was challenging but I never struggled and was given options that were great for a first time student.
I enjoyed La Jolla's studio, locker rooms, and the class I took at the studio.
Pam and Jenny are amazing teachers! I try to take pam's classes routinely. She brings so much to her classes. Cannot Take Jenny's classes anymore because of schedule conflict but she also gives so much in her classes. Appreciate their energy and dedication!
