I love the different positions and the amount of time spent on each. I especially appreciate when the instructor offers hands-on corrections and demonstrates modifications to some of the more challenging positions. I have had a terrific experience with all the instructors--kind, generous, non-judgmental, encouraging and inspiring. I've been a member for about five years or shortly after the University City location opened.

Nice clean environment, friendly staff and excellent teachers.
Your merchandise is too expensive. Why would I pay $100 for something I sweat in and get dirty? I like how the classes are streamlined and consistent. Most of the instructors show sincerity in and OUT of the studio room. Which is the most important thing of all. I've seen plenty of local studios where the instructors express a phony sincerity in class and then are completely egotistic outside of class. It isn't just a job. They need to consider everything they do at the center as sincerity training if they are a true practitioner. That means they are there to serve the student's growth from the greeting through the door to the sincere goodbye when leaving the center.

The service is always consistent and great. Product, wish you would carry more basic items from Lulu such as racer tanks. Merchandise is always good though!

Great teachers + convenient location
went to sculpt on a Saturday and the teachers name was "Dat'. He pushed us the entire class, but I never felt not safe the entire time. The theme he spoke of at the beginning of the class was carried through all the way to the end. Dat is an asset to core power please tell him Thank you!
