Everyone is so nice and the positive energy you get from being there.
The teachers have been super knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoy the variety of the classes as well as the different styles of each teacher. Wasn't originally planning on staying after my one week trial but definitely had to buy a class package because I didn't want to forget how much I enjoyed each and every class.

I like everything about cpy Clairemont the easy access parking lot and parking spots, friendly staff, awesome instructors, clean and inviting retail area. The place always looks like it has been “looked after”. Clairemont has the feel of a mom and pop studio with the benefits of what corporate Yoga has to offer, as well.
It’s clean and the spaces are larger size so it’s more comfortable.

I appreciate the authenticity of the staff. I appreciate the sharing of stories, reflection, and inspiration sometimes before, during, and at the end of class. To push ourselves physically is one thing, and I never feel pushed outside of my comfort zone; but I appreciate the mental/spiritual motivation. I've really come to like my new "local" studio. I loved the instructor.
The teacher was very kind and let me be on my own pace as first time attending after more than 20 years without practicing, it was very important to me. Also it really felt like I was doing yoga, no beats or rushing play lists for a beginner class. I could release things that no longer served me through the few exercises I was able to do. I left feeling grounded and lighter, I’m so grateful I found you. :)
I loved the Tuesday night class C-1, concentrated on heart chakra yoga. Excellent instructor
I joined the week because I was visiting from Miami. If i choose to move to San Diego, I will join for sure. When I come to visit, i plan to buy a class card. Thank you for the free week.
