Everyone is so nice.

I am a huge fan of the C1.5 classes, and I love that you have them daily at 4pm, which works perfectly with my schedule!

The one thing that I prefer about Point Loma is that the cubbies are in the lobby, so you dont feel the need to lock up your shoes, etc. I don't know where you would put cubbies in the lobby at North Park, so that may be a moot point.

Friendly staff and great classes.

When I first began going to corepower a few years ago I really enjoyed it. However after a while it bothered me that all the classes were the same everytime no matter who the teacher was. Also it seemed to have gotten so crowed and the classes became less enjoyable, as I felt packed in like sardines. I moved and decided to try other studios in my new hood for these reasons. Last year thanks to groupon I decided to give corepower another try. I'm so glad I did! A friend and I were just discussing how much we appreciated that 1.5 classes and up are different now and how we love certain instructors for their unique styles of teaching. Also I feel like I have a lot more classes and times to pick from now. Yes, if I go prime time it's still understandably crowded but with so many times and being able to go to any cp studio it's easy to avoid this. Thanks to these changes and the studios always being clean and welcoming I would and have recommended CPY to several friends!

My name is William Charters - I am a Strength and Conditioning coach specifically in the field of sports injury / rehabilitation and personally set a very high standard when it comes to training - I am not easy to please... I am very pleased to say that I am very impressed and taken back by the teachers and their work - Heidi is a personal favorite of mine as I feel she explain and breaks everything down properly as it needs to be. In my personal opinion Yoga is a very challenging concept and should not be taken lightly or this could lead to serious injury. I have many people come to see me that have been hurt by yoga which I would say would most likely down to poor instruction and bad preparation - of which I have seen none here at corepower yoga here in North Park San Diego. I would highly recommend all of my athletes to involve themselves in a yoga program to support their current work and also to get in touch with themselves on a spiritual level also - Very Important!! I would also recommend them to come here specifically - North park as again I am very impressed with the standard of teaching! I hope to hear many more good things about corepower North park.

Your schedule is super convenient, and I love a lot of the teachers-- Laurel, Sara,Viktoria and January are some of my personal favorites. Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming. Parking is OK. I just wish you were not so expensive!!! I would be a lot more regular if it were a little more economical.

I like that you have several studios that I can choose from and several classes per day. I work odd hours and being able to fit in a class in the morning or lunch time is wonderful. All of the teachers I've taken classes with have been great at creating an atmosphere of trust and they all make a point to bring something special to each class. They all have sequencing down and I really appreciate that because I'm just getting back into it. Thanks CorePower!

The North Park studio atmosphere and staff have always been inviting and friendly. In my opinion, it's one the better if not best CPYs in SD.

You offer lots of classes and several varieties of yoga. The teachers at this studio are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They encourage students to do things at their own pace and offer feedback and help.
