Great staff, clean studio

I really enjoyed Shannon's class as it was the first advanced/difficult C2 I've taken at CPY NP. NP should incorporate more levels of this type of C2 in their schedule. Would definitely do her class again.

Great instructors and friendly staff. They validate parking, which is a plus. The locker room is a weird set up and could use some benches.

The studio is always clean. The teachers at this studio are very consistent and teach challenging classes. Lucianna, David, Lauren, Clif and Heidi are great teachers! The Assistant Studio manager Cat is very helpful and welcoming. The SET team member Bri is wonderful as well!!

Loved Sarah Jayne’s Sculpt class on Sat @ 9am! She was awesome! I need some of her workouts in my life. I also loved the C2 instructors. Amazing experience. Can not wait to visit again ♥️♥️♥️

The studio has a welcome environment and all staff are professional

Its around the corner from my house. All the instructors are very friendly and bring their own unique style to class. Every class i have taken is different but equally enjoyable.

I love the trainers and how nice and encouraging they are during and after the practice. I also love that the location is not as crowded as the La Mesa location.

Aw...what can I say? This is my new community - supportive, loving, friendly, and a great place to get grounded.

I love the layout and décor of the older studios: The warm, yellow lighting, the carpeting, the color diversity.

The staff was friendly, conversational, and so very happy to be there.

The studio vibe, and the teachers are great. The heat is perfect, and feels completely liberating. Keep up the good work for a safe place to reset, check in and check out.

I love the vibe and the class was fun and sweaty but after yoga sculpt my right thigh muscle seized up and I couldnt walk ?! So am taking a break now on day 3 of my free week probably wont be able to return for a while to give the muscle time to heal.

CorePower gives an excellent space to practice yoga. Studio is clean, plenty of amenities and teachers are great! I love the C2 classes! Only comment I have is the HPF is much too hot. Every time I take it, the entire class has dropped on their mat to child’s pose less than halfway through class. I love hot yoga and do it often but this is extreme. Turning down the heat for this class (but not too much) would make this a much more enjoyable and strenuous workout.

Matt W. led one of the best HPF lessons that I've had ever at Corepower. His timing, instructions, voice, deepening cues, analogues, and overall presence was exactly what is needed in this heated/mediation class.

My experience at the studio was positive. I was greeted by name and a smile. The locker room and restroom area was clean and inviting.

I love the instructors! I need the in person classes and all of the instructors at CPY North Park are fabulous. They make an effort to remember my name, they help with my form or alternate pose, they’re always so positive and encouraging. It’s really the highlight of my week. Special shout out ti Suz, Alana, Dale, Melissa, Caitlin, Sari…. Just a wonderful studio all around
