Friendly people. Nice studios. Great classes. It sure would be nice to have one more Hot Yoga session. Evening classes aren’t my jam. A Hot Yoga at 8:30am would be ideal. Give it a try! See if you get a bigger crowd than you get for your current 8:30am offering. I bet you will!

I felt very welcomed, and the entire class experience was inviting and inclusive. The yoga itself and direction was similar to other HPFs, but the instructor had a way of making it feel more like a community event and less of an individual solo physical effort.

Carla was very nice and great instructor!

I felt equally as challenged as I did relaxed during my workout. The amenities I had access to after class truly impressed me. I would definitely return to this studio. Also, I loved my instructor!

Great staff clean studios

All the teachers of the classes I've tried have been great, and I like the heat more than I thought I would! I'm already trying to get a couple friends to join me!

I love the North Park studio! Matt's class is always the best, the transitions are amazing and make it worth every minute. this studio has such great instructors.

Good instruction, varied practice with different teachers. Very positive, and nice selection of studios with good facilities.

All the teachers at this location are the best! Clif, Lauren, Emily, Kat, Suze, Heidi all great. They keep it hot more consistently than other studios. The vibe here is welcoming and is part of my weekly routine that I love!
