Damon delivers a calm and very challenging experience. I had not practiced in a studio in nearly two years and knew Damon would be able to guide me through and keep me focused. The heat was a challenge, but the gentle and firm encouragement to dig in and focus, breathe, and embrace the challenge was excellent. I have long enjoyed Damon's classes and would follow him anywhere.

On another note... As I left class the class next to me had an instructor fanning the door and screaming into a microphone head set. It's a relatively small room so I can't imagine the need to be SO loud in a studio. It jarred me out of my post-savasana relaxation a bit. If I ever attend a class where the teacher is in a headset, I'll likely just leave. As a former teacher I know the value of a headset in an outdoor setting or to save your voice, but screaming and wearing a headset in a small echo-y studio seems a little excessive.

Instructor was great and the class was not too crowded. Instructor offered extra mask and opened doors for circulation which I appreciated.

Lauren was a fantastic guide, and she and the other ladies at the front desk were kind and polite. It was a good first day back since the start of the pandemic.

Damon is an intuitive, knowledgeable, and talented teacher. I look forward to Saturday AM C2 classes - it’s the highlight of my week.

The community full of caring and compassionate people

Excellent C2 class! So different than usual in flow style and theme. The instructor had such an interesting idea to focus on humbleness, so we didn’t face the mirrors. I loved it! I wasn’t looking at and critiquing myself in the mirror and got to focus on my breath and move because it felt good. And the flow was new and unexpected too. Felt relaxing while still being a great workout.
