I loved my teacher- Sonia at the Hillcrest CS location. She was so patient and encouraging. I had been intimidated about taking a higher level class but Sonia was so welcoming and helpful.

I love the pace of the flow in classes, the heat, and added humidity. It feels like I’m getting a great workout while detoxifying in the warm room at the same time ! And the teachers’ instructions and cues are just the right amount to help keep me focused during practice.

I loved the yoga, my only constructive criticism would be is that there were only 5 people in class and 4 of us were sort of beginners. In the beginning it was fine and then she turned up the music and we could no longer hear her instructions or how to do the poses. It became very difficult for me and the others. Had the music been turned down it would have been fine. Also, no mic so really couldn't hear over the music, she was not a loud speaker.
My husband had double knee replacements although she did apologize for the fact she had no alternatives for him, all instructors should have alternatives available. Child's pose is not an alternative because knee replacements don't bend in half.

The clean locker rooms, showers, the option to rent mats and the warm friendly staff. Thanks for the guidance.

All of the instructors are excellent in North Park. Lauren Nichols is my absolute favorite of all instructors I practice with in four different studios. She is extremely knowledgable and makes every class a fantastic experience because of the way she guides the class. I highly recommend her classes.

Awesome instructor and C1 class. I felt both challenged and supported.

I had not been to Hillcrest CPY since Covid. It was so clean. I have never seen it so clean! In the past it hasn’t been the cleanest. The current Management is really taking care.
