Suz and Heidi are amazing! I'm only 3 months into yoga and the experience with them as instructors has increased my energy to pursue yoga more consistently in my life.

This is my favorite studio in the area! I especially like to take classes from Heidi, William and Suz. Their classes are real yoga instead of some of the classes where the instructors crank the heat and music up full blast which is contrary to mental well being feeling calm, centered, and peaceful when you leave class.
Great atmosphere and really awesome venue and staff.
I love that there are early morning (545-6 am) classes as I am able to get one in before work, to energize and start off my day. It is sometimes too chaotic to get to a class weekdays after work. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful! The facility is always very clean and the location is easily accessible to stores that are open early for me to grab a cup of coffee after class.
I would love to be able to access a hot power yoga class during this timeframe at this location or one of the others closer to my home (little italy, north park).

It's sooooo good to be back! I just wish the classes where more affordable for me.
Hillcrest is one of my favorite studios. It is a shame that the humidity has been out for so long (and keeps going out). But I still return. Suz and Elle are always good to see. Heidi's C2 always gets me sweating - humidity or not!
I love the community feel, how welcome they make me feel, how clean they keep the space, and how approachable the teachers are. I am not a yoga pro and have never felt judged or less than, rather the opposite. I feel it is a safe space to grow and explore more into my practice.

This was an awesome class. I really love the mix of the C1 and a bit of C2 feel. But at a beginners pace.
