5:45 am sculpt classes are amazing each and every day

While I've only done two classes so far, I have felt very comfortable and welcome even though my yoga experience is extremely beginner I would say! But that didn't matter. The instructors were so gentle and kind.

I moved to San Diego in November and have been searching for a strong and athletic style of yoga. I walked into Core Power Yoga in Point Loma on Saturday and FINALLY Tabu gave me everything I was looking for and then some! Tabu's dynamic energy and awesome playlist forces you out of your head and gets your body flowing and moving into an incredible workout. His yoga sculpt class is a powerful fusion of yoga and weight training with sassy dance rhythm unlike anything else you've experienced. His class got me excited to pursue teacher training options with Core Power Yoga. I can't wait to come back and check out his other classes!!

The yoga class I took was a more advanced class, I would not recommend to someone with little or no yoga experience. I would consider the core class a "power yoga" class with continuous flow. The instructor was competent and managed the class very well.

The instructors are amazing! I also love the energy at the Hillcrest studio.

I was on my way out of town and decided to stop for a yoga class before the long drive. I got to the studio just as class was about to start and the instructor was gracious enough to let me join. He made me feel welcome and not at all like i was an inconvenience for being a few minutes late. The class was full of love and enthusiasm and the other students were amazing in their energy and also for not making me feel bad for getting in just as class was starting. Andre was great in every way, I wish I lived closer to the studio (I live in OC) so that I could be part of the Hillcrest Yoga family, great people!!

This studio is awesome!The instructors are knowledgable , very friendly, always very attentive...When i come to the studio it feels like i am coming home!Amazing people !

The front desk staff was very friendly, the instructor was great, and the other people are all very motivated and up beat.

The classes are amazing, but what really makes this place special are the instructors. From day one, they make you feel welcome and are there to support anyone at no matter what level of yoga or fitness you're at.

Great Studio....

I love the studio. It is so clean. Love that it has showers and soap. You have a great schedule of classes. It is in my neighborhood.
You cover all forms of exercise, but my favorite is the fusion class. It is helping me heal fibromyalgia, and a neck injury from 7 years ago.
The only thing that needs improvement is that after class there are people who stay and talk inside the studio. While other yogis are
still in savasana. I know that other studios put up signs and make announcements after class for people to be mindful and take their
talking and noise outside the sacred space of the studio. Any way you guys could do that? It would be so much appreciated for those
like me who are taking advantage of the deep healing aspects that the corpse pose offers. The noise is extremely annoying and takes away
the deep solitude. Thanks for asking for my opinion.

The style of yoga is my favorite part

Very talented and expert instructors always makes classes very challenging in best way possible. Always wonderful energy with not only instructors but all in the class makes a very enjoyable environment.

Friendly staff and welcoming to beginners who are new to yoga

I really enjoyed the teacher and her class today. Was a unique flow with great music. Don't find myself in that area much but will look for Kristine on the schedule if I do.
