The time of Day the clssses are offered are perfect for my schedule. The studio is always clean and the staff are always welcoming.
This was my first hot power fusion and Lis was fantastic.
The atmosphere was very welcoming, the facility was very clean, all of the staff were very encouraging. I had never taken a yoga class, but I've been back three times now, but not to the Hillcrest studio due to the C1 classes there are only in the mid-afternoon when I'm at work. I have been to the Point Loma studio because C1 classes are at 6pm. But I'd prefer going to the Hillcrest studio since it's so much closer to home.
Friendly
I’m a big fan of core power. I visited the Hillcrest location traveling for work (I live in Chicago). Studio is just a little more cramped with only one workout studio. Given that, the timing was off waiting for prior class to finish. Also no sculpt classes at this location...
Just another noticeable change to what I’m use to in Chicago, there’s lots of talking in studio before class. I’m use to the studio being a quiet, restful place.
Everyone was super nice though. Great instructor and easy to rent may and towel.

I attend 3-4 classes per week. I enjoy the classes, the teachers are awesome and everyone that works there is friendly and welcoming.

I was just visiting from the Bay Area and the Hillcrest one was he most convenient for me to get to by public transportation. I was stoked I was able to use my CPY black tag membership. That is why I love CPY.
Anyway, loved the lady who lead us on Friday morning. I forget her name, I was too zoned out - so sorry! But amazing.

Lis was great- brought an interesting and timely focus to the class with a heart mudra. Kept a good flow that was very well timed with a clear theme that recurred in fun ways.
Also forgot to comment on Forrest’s class Wednesday- was one of the most creative classes I’ve had in a long time! Really fun and challenging! His message delivery in the beginning was heartfelt and perfect and awesome- love the idea of holding everyone up as we breathe together- of symbiosis and community.
Speaking of- Everyone was friendly- I felt very welcome as a visitor. Hope my home studio is as welcoming!

It was my first time doing yoga, and hot yoga, and the teacher was amazing! I felt she explained all the movements and came over and helped me when I was a little lost. She definitely made me feel I want to do it again!
