CorePower feels like a second family! Everyone is always so welcoming and motivating! I love how there are several options offered even for each pose so on any given day you can challenge yourself or give your body a rest if you have an injury etc. After a year at core power I feel more balanced and strong! :-) thanks!

I have practiced a lot of different formats of exercise in a lot of different studios and gyms. Cynthia and the other instructor in the room were THE BEST I've ever experienced. I am pregnant and Cynthia made it a point before class to offer modifications, showed me modifications throughout, and the other instructor was very quick and helpful with adjustments. They gave such a high level of attention to every single person's practice, it was so impressive.

The classes and instructors are excellent. Each instructor has a slightly different style so each class is unique in some way. I had a great experience in every class I took. I have done hot yoga at core power on and off for about a year and a half and I have never had any sort of negative experience. I leave feeling amazing. The studio is very clean and if you don't have your own equipment they are available. My only hesitation is that it is a bit expensive. If you can afford to then I would absolutely recommend it.

I really love the teachers! Sculpt class with Chelsii and Sarah K are my favorite. C2 is also a great class! The studio is usually very nice and clean.
