Loved your C1 nice instructors.
I loved all of the classes (I took 4) however on Saturday morning I went to the Sculpt class and it was absolutely packed, it might be a good idea to limit access to that class or to not heat the room so much,
The instructors know what each participant needs. They seem to cater to all ability levels and really want to help.

I have frequently given positive feedback about the consistency of teaching and the attractiveness of the studio. However, I also keep giving the same suggestions/requests that don't seem to be addressed. 1) I PLEAD with late afternoon teachers, like the 5-6pm class, to please turn on the lights for class! Even if they are low (there are several sets of lights and there are dimmers, so it doesn't have to be bright). As it gets dark out earlier, I find it very hard to keep up my energy if it is dark in the room. Unless it is a candlelight class or a restorative class I urge teachers to turn the lights on. 2) I still find that teachers almost never give adjustments. This continues to be disappointing. Otherwise, you know that I am a loyal fan.
I like that the instructors do check in at the front desk. It allows us to make a connection before the class starts.
Some feedback:
I'm a heavy sweater in class. At the Seattle CPY (Ballard), they have this bin of disposable sanitary wipes that can be used to clean up our messes. I feel self conscious about leaving my space for the next class, as sometimes they are not mopped up if in close succession to each other (less than 15 minutes time frame). I also would use this on the foam blocks and the weights after the sculpt classes.
The locks in the mens locker room are very unwieldy and not easy to use. Some wont close, while others locks will not lock.
Other than those easy fixes, everything is just plum!
