I had wanted to come to your location for a couple. of years but felt it was too clicky and not something that I would be able to relate to.. Having poor body image and struggling with my weight. I just had this image that I would not be YOGA material.. so I drove around and by your location. I called and hung up when the VM would come on... Finally one day my trainer AKSANA D. at BAY CLUB said to be DUDE.. you need to start to doing HOT YOGA its the only way you will start to make progress.. SO I bit the bullet . Signed up and as a huge debt of gratitude signed her up as well .... I have nothing but high praise and respect for all the instructors. I am always surprised and humbled by the depth of commitment and genuinely earnest passion that each instructor brings to their lessons.
I am in awe of the students who come and commit and demonstrate their talents. In short I just truly love being able to take lessons here. I feel honored that such dedicated and passionate people give of themselves and help encourage and assist each client in their participation

Amazing studio with fantastic teachers!
I had a great first experience at this studio. Everyone was helpful and welcoming, and the Yoga Sculpt class was very challenging but still a lot of fun. We are relocating to Portland and i look forward to returning to Core Power in December.

I love Core Power Yoga. A couple wishes- I wish that you would put signs up asking people to shut off their smart watches in class and give a bigger discount for buying large class packs. Otherwise I love the music and variety and the environment. Thanks!

I love this studio. Clean, spacious, calm and full of good energy. Instructors keep things interesting and strike a balance between letting your practice be personal and offering guidance and corrections. Highly recommend.
My teacher had such great energy and was very welcoming! I forgot her name but she is the manager of the studio! I just moved here and it was my first class since coming from St Paul MN.
