Great teachers, challenging and thoughtful classes
The studios and instructors are very knowledgable and helpful. some of the classes don't feel heated at all with very low humidity. If I am going to go to a heated yoga class I like to sweat. Kai and Alesssndra always have the rooms at the perfect temperature.
Everyone is very kind and inviting. Being new to yoga is a little scary, but it's been easy!

I really love the atmosphere just entering the building. Very welcoming. I am not much of a "yogi" and honestly get a bit of anxiety going to yoga that I won't be good enough , not thin enough etc but after being in the class for a short while I felt at ease. Also. The Rosemary mint smell!!! Omg. I need that in my life.
Very relaxing. A great workout. I'm still sore two days later. Going back tonight :)

Great classes
I like the classes because they're difficult enough for a good workout but I'm not worried about getting an injury. I think the instructors are very attentive and provide great adjustments.
Great variety of classes and times offered! Also the instructors are not only personable, helpful but remembered my name ( several not all) .
Went to another yoga studio that is more convienient... But my experience at core yoga ..... The other studio doesn't even come close!!!
