The instructors are AWESOME and the people that attend are truly welcoming as well! The studios and bathrooms are always clean and that is something very important to me when I attend somewhere to workout at.

I have settled into a great C1 routine at the Grand Ave facility. Tom, Felicity and Carrie are all extremely great instructors. I have found all three to be very helpful in helping me develop in my practice.

Core Power on Grand Ave has been consistent in great customer service! I am happy that I live near by. I always get welcomed in a friendly manner, my questions are eagerly answered and I love the set up and cleanliness of the studio.

It was my very first core power yoga class. Instructor was extremely welcoming and took the time to explain the basics of the class (yoga newbie). Parking isn't the greatest but the great employees make up for it. I'm hooked!
