allie is such a gift! she was part of my spring teacher training, and i am so happy i bustled through all of the traffic and detours to get to SLP location to take her C2. she is so grounded and encouraging, and i felt confident and able throughout the entire class. i mistakenly parked in a no yoga parking zone, but did not get towed, so that's a plus! i will plan an extra 10 mins into travel time to take her class again and again!
I love Allie and Deborah’s C1 classes. They are my favorites. And I’m starting to enjoy Amy’s C2 on Wednesdays.

I love this studio! The teachers are great, the location is very close to my house, parking is easy enough... I hope to teach here someday after I graduate from YTT-200 NEXT WEEK!!

The pro teacher and the way she guided the group, and nicely challenged us. The heat is perfect and the others working were very customer friendly.
You know I love CPY but I will say that with such a small locker room in St. Louis Park, yogis should not be allowed to sit on their laptops in the locker room. I noticed one person on Monday sitting in the locker room taking up considerable space with her laptop on the bench before and after class. If work is that important then perhaps she should go to yoga on a different day. I found that really inconsiderate, considering there were 12 women trying to get changed, etc.
Good workout, good flow, motivating.
It was a really challenging class, but the instructor was very motivating. The only thing was the class was a bit crowded.
I love the instructors at SLP! Everyone is so nice and welcoming when you’re a newbie and quickly become familiar faces. My fav place!
