Good class times, great instructors

I am somewhat new to yoga and all of the teachers are extremely helpful at guiding me to a better practice. I am sure all of the teachers are awesome, but the ones that I most went to due to time constraints were Jon and Judy (all of them!). They were all such a pleasure to be around and always showed up with a smile. I would most definitely recommend you guys! Thanks for being awesome.

Aldrin's class is so therapeutic; he offers the best flow in town! I love CP summer yoga since classes aren't as full--smiles!

Nielle is the most phenomenal yoga teacher! Her classes are consistently fantastic! She truely cares about every student in the class and intuitively knows what they need. I've never taken a class from such a gifted yogi! I heal a little bit more physically, emotionally and spiritually each time I take her class.

Staff is second to none, welcoming and knowledgeable. Facility is always clean and well maintained. Getting into corepower is the highlight of my days! :)

I've practiced yoga since and 2000, and Tim R is one of the best instructors I've ever had. He's always prepared, and encourages, motivates and challenges each week. All of the instructors at Corepower St. Louis Park are friendly, inspiring and knowledgeable. I don't miss class with Tim R, Laura Ed, Amy J, Barie, and Samantha each week. Erin J, Deborah and Lisa Marie are also engaging instructors. I've tried many studios in other states too, and this one is the best by far!

I enjoyed the mid-day class that I went to. There were only two participants, so we received a lot of 1:1 attention from the instructor. It was great to get feedback on improving form and also assistance with deepening the stretching.

I really like the classes and the instructors, but I would recommend those who greet at the front desk become more friendly and attentive.
