St. Louis Park is without a doubt the top tier studio in Minnesota. Energy is always which makes me feel welcomed and excited for class. Bre’s class was exceptional and felt familiar in a calming way but challenge for my practice.

It was phenomenal!
From start to finish the positive energy in the class was apparent. A little different flow created challenge, at least for me = good.
The core and balance work was a good mix for the session and allowed a chance for stability posturing with strength conditioning. The music set the tone and was a great undercurrent for the class. Now having said this, I have some suggestions I will bring to my instructor.

I love the different styles of classes I can take, even when every one of them is a sculpt class, each teacher has their own style. SLP is great at this, their teachers are very unique and bring their own style every class, while staying safely in the CorePower sequence style and ensuring everyone is included!

The instructor (Erin) was very good, with a great workout that she delivered with good timing and instructions throughout. Her music was also very good. The class left me challenged but feeling good about having done the Yoga Sculpt class.

Very kind staff, loved the class it was the perfect amount of difficulty! Definitely gets packed so it was a bit hard to find a staff but everyone was very flexible with moving around
