Every teacher at the SLP location has great energy, very friendly, and positive! I love going to YS there as it is such a convenient location and I get so much out of each class I attend.
I've been going to CorePower for 10+ years and John is by far one of the best C2 instructors. The newer teachers coming on board do not teach classes or flows comparable to the teachers that have been around longer. I like to sweat in C2 and thankfully I do in John's and Judy's classes!
1. Instructor (Judy) has great energy and gives awesome adjustments/encouragement!! I have only taken two classes; both from her.
2. Friendly welcoming manager (Barry?).
3. Lots of variety in class times and types. I tried C2 and Hot Fusion) Looking forward to trying other classes and other teachers. If they are anything like Judy and her classes, I’ll have found a new favorite place!

The best most fun full body workout
Timmy, the C2 teacher last Sunday made me, a somewhat novice, feel like i was getting the most out of the class and myself.
I was on a buddy pass with my wife and think i will try to find a Timmy class every month now.
Loved the classes and the staff was friendly, flexible, and accommodating!!

Yoga sculpt offers such a variety of exercises and flows so easily for students due to highly trained Core Power yoga instructors.
The staff is genuine. Classes are consistently challenging and fun!
