What do you like about your CorePower Yoga experience?

The teachers are kind and welcoming and run great classes! I always feel welcome to express myself in whatever movement feels good to me and my body. Erin, Gina, and Sima (in no specific order) keep me coming back to their classes whenever it fits into my schedule :)

What do you like about your CorePower Yoga experience?

Its a great quiet location in the heart of NE and its ten minutes away from everything. It is in a gorgeous location, it has awesome shops around it. Its very neat, clean, and classy environment. I have been a long time lover of what Corepower has to offer and will continue supporting them for many years to come!

What do you like about your CorePower Yoga experience?

Easy to get to from my St. Paul neighborhood. Hot Fusion is perfect for me. Erin and Becky are good instructors. Love the heat.

The instructors are the best. I feel so welcomed, engaged, and as much challenge as I want. The classes allow for levels of energy in the yoga practice and the workout portions. My endorphins kick in!

Lola's class was lovely! She has excellent cues and her pacing isn't too fast or too slow. It was clear that she puts a lot attention and care into her sequencing.
