Student Testimonials
Times of classes
Everyone is very friendly and patient. The instructors are always willing to break down the moves, and give alterations. I always thought you had to be completely in shape to go to a yoga class but there are no judgements for people who are just starting a weight loss journey! I smoked cigarettes for 8 years and two sessions in I didn't want a cigarette again. I've recommended corepower to everyone who will listen. I feel healthy and strong for the first time in a very long time! Anyone who comes to try out the classes will not regret it! I actually want to go everyday! I'm just over 200lbs and I can do this, and enjoy it, so anyone can! :)
The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are fun and inviting as well.
I love the vibe of the studio and the instructors are open-hearted professionals.. solid, challenging classes keep me coming back!
I like the variety in classes, unique and genuine instructors and spacious locker room. The only thing that bothers me is the loud sculpt classes while in c2. :)

Great instructors
After only going to a few yoga classes before CorePower, I didn't really know what to expect. I decided to try it out, and I immediately loved it. The environment is very relaxing, and the class is dedicated to yourself. If you don't feel comfortable doing something with the class, then you just do your own thing. The instructors are very helpful, and make hands-on adjustments to maximize your yoga experience. It's an awesome place, and I was not expecting it to be nearly that much fun. I already feel much more relaxed and refreshed after just a few classes. I also love that the staff doesn't call you/hound you down to purchase a membership. That's something I look for when I'm signing up somewhere, since I don't like being treated as another number. During my free week I was not asked once about membership, just the specials going on and options available to me which was great. I'll be signing up for the Black Tag membership this week, and can't wait to start going daily. From Northeast, I really enjoyed C1 Yoga with Kate. From Maple Grove, my favorite classes were with Jill. Overall, keep up the amazing work!
It's great that there are several Corepower studios in the area that adds great choice and flexibility. I also love the heated rooms. If it weren't for the heat, I wouldn't be a customer (I also practice Bikram). Teachers are always friendly and good at what they do.
I think the teachers are fantastic, each in their own way. Every time I think I have a favorite, I have a different teacher that I like just as much. The same class is still different. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. Being a newbie to toga, I feel very comfortable here. I also really like the variety of classes offered.
The friendly awesome Instructors
Lots of available classes, friendly instructors, good variety of classes, convenient location
nice teachers and good program
The instructors and class offerings
I love the variety of classes and the atmosphere of the NE studio. Everyone is super super friendly and welcoming and all of the instructors are fabulous. The parking situation is great because usually there are plenty of spots available (except for maybe some of the rare crazy times).
One thing I would like to see is better ventilation and/or in the locker rooms. Obviously I work up a great sweat in any of the classes (and that's a big part of the reason I go!) but I usually have to run to work or go out after class so I take an ice-cold shower but once I get out I start sweating again because the circulation in the locker room isn't that great. Plus when you mix a lot of sweaty people plus the humidity from the showers in a relatively small space it can get uncomfortably warm and muggy quick. I know a lot of other women have had the same frustration and I've ended up getting ready in my car so I can have a fan blowing on my face or at least have a cooler environment. At the Minnetonka studio they have a large ceiling fan that keeps things cool and at Highland they have little face fans. Either of those, or a combination of those, would be super helpful for those of us who have to get ready in the studio.
I like the staff and the environment
Beautiful space, convenient location, great people.
