Studio is awesome, could be a little cleaner inside like could work on smelling alittle fresher, but overall the instructors are great, the vibe is awesome the students are friendly and the music is fantastic. The enthusiasm and that you feel home with all the friendly people taking classes etc. Also the heated room and the intense yoga sculpt (the other classes are a bit boring). The music could be turned down a notch though.

One complaint - I left a hair straightener there. I tried to call them to see if they could hold it for me, but although I used the local number listed on the website, every time I called it was sent directly to the Denver office, with no apparent way to contact Falls Church. Why bother listing a local number if it is not going to connect to the local studio?
CorePower Yoga is consistently a favorite yoga studio of mine. As a yoga instructor myself of over 15 years, I can genuinely say that I find their instruction to be excellent and the instructors to be intelligent in their flow. Breanna, in particular, is a gem among gems. I recently took my skeptical teenage daughter to a yoga class (threw her right into a level 2 so rolled the dice on that one) and Breanna could not have been a more perfect instructor: she was warm, welcoming, authentic, fun, challenging, and imbued the class with the true spirit of yoga. Her intention was "discipline" and she encouraged the class to remember that we are what our habits are and that it is the journey that one should embrace and not the destination. A truly perfect yoga experience and so grateful to Breanna.
