Gwyn is such a lovely instructor who always is able to create such a safe, welcoming, and inspiring space. I purposely seek out Gwyn's classes because I know they will be inspiring and challenging. She is wonderful!

The staff and teachers are on another level. They are so kind, and inclusive, and ensure that every class is the best experience it can be. The classes are rigorous and keep you motivated.

Gwyn is a very special, talented teacher! It was my first time visiting this studio, and she went above and beyond making me feel welcome. She took the time to give me a tour and provided me with such a warm experience. I then had a class with her a few days ago and I was the only one, so she was amazing enough to still teach and I had the most incredible class with her!! She is so knowledgeable and sweet. I’m so impressed with this studio!

I like the studio spaces, heat and sound systems. I like the variety of instructors who are all experienced and creative. My faves are Teresa and Gwyn.
Sense of community, yoga classes that are challenging but still meditative, many locations so I can attend when I'm traveling, lots of scheduled classes to choose from. And Gwyn! She's the best.
I like the balance of spiritual reflection and physical connection I have in the studio. Most of the instructors are great. Some of them I am not a huge fan of but also think that's subjective.
Instructors are kind. Make me feel welcome. Been going to this location for years.
